You'll get a great location, high floor, great views, FREE Jetpack access for the building, access to unique Space Park artwork, a special apartment-specific physical keycard sent to you, a digital version of the keycard immortalized in an NFT, and the unique correlation of owning a physical keycard backed by the NFT showing ownership. You must send the physical keycard to the new owner if you ever sell the NFT.

Note that the owner will have to put about $25 into the Multiverse game to take ownership of how it is currently structured. This process would require the owner to submit a minimum offer for the apartment that would then be accepted - which allows the transfer of ownership. Due to the high values of the properties in this area, the developers established a minimum fee.
